TICKETS

The festival will run from the10th-16th July 2024. Music will start at the festival site on Wednesday 10th July around 17:00 and will finish on Wednesday 17th July at 6am when the Tuesday night (16th July) Barbarella’s closing finishes.

You have access to the Main festival site which is open throughout the week from 06.00am- 02.00am. 

For those staying in the apartments on site, reception is open 24 hours a day.

Tickets for Boat parties and Barbarella’s are separate and need to be bought in addition to your main festival ticket.

The box office will be open from midday-midnight each day of the festival.

You will be able to buy full week and day tickets from the main box office on site, if they haven’t sold out online.

You will be able to buy Barbarella’s individual tickets through the main box office on site or at Barbarella’s.

You will be able to buy Barbarella’s unlimited passes only at the main box office on site. There is a limited number of these tickets.

Limited day tickets will be available soon . Please note, day tickets do not give you access to Sunrise Sessions

Barbarella’s is a separate venue, you will need to get a Barbarella’s unlimited wristband or buy the tickets on the day. These can be purchased on the door or on our website.  We recommend buying in advance. You do not need a festival wristband to attend Barbarella’s.

In order to go on a Boat Party you must have a Festival Ticket, either Day or Full Festival Pass, and your specified boat ticket.

Sunrise Sessions is only accessible with a full week long ticket. Day tickets do not give you access to Sunrise Sessions; they only give you site access when the box office opens at Midday.

Please only buy resold tickets through our in-house resale platform via Easol, this will become activated upon event sell out. We will not accept ticket transfers through any other form. 

Security will allow you to bring in bottles to refill, but if you bring in a full bottle they will want to check it as no other drinks are allowed into the site. Refills are available on site from the taps opposite the shower block near the campsite, but not from bars.

Refillable water is not available at Barbarellas as the water is ‘non potable’ – not drinking water – it is brought in on a tanker, not from mains.

All tickets must be sold through Easol, our in-house resale platform, which will only become activated when the event sells out. Please head to our ticket page for more info.

It is approximately 15 minutes by bus or taxi from the festival site. There will be a bus service to and from the club that will run throughout the night.Bus tickets are prices at €4 per person each way. You can pay for the bus with your RFID wristband.

RFID / CASHLESS

The Garden Resort is completely cashless. All the bars onsite and at Barbarella’s, restaurant, food court, on-site shop, massage, stalls and merchandise & Barbarella buses are cashless only. The box offices at Tisno and at Barbarella’s still accept card and cash alongside cashless payments. You will get your cashless RFID wristband upon arrival at the Tisno Box Office in exchange for your festival ticket. (Please note that The Garden, Tisno charges a €3 activation fee for RFID wristbands).

There are four main top-up points located on site and one at Barbarella’s. These top-up points accept debit and credit cards, as well as cash (Euros only).

Yes – in specific time slots and dates which will be announced closer to the time.

Refund times from 9:00 > 14:00 on these dates from selected Top Up points onsite – the points that are able to give refunds will be signposted. Please note that ALL REFUNDS ARE IN CASH. You just need to bring your RFID wristband.

GENERAL

 There is a shop located on site, where you will find water, snacks, ice cream and a selection of alcohol.

The town has a variety of smaller local supermarkets, with the largest of these located just over the bridge and to the left. These all close around 9pm.

The magazine kiosks near the bridge sell cigarettes, soft drinks and beer & are open a little later.

For larger supermarkets, there are: 

  • A TOMMY supermarket and hypermarket located in Jezera and Murter,

  • A LIDL South of the festival, the address is: Put Gaćeleza 3a, 22211, Vodice

There is also a street food market with fresh produce that runs most mornings, which is located across the bridge and down the street behind the waterfront (the second street on your left).

Love International Festival is completely cashless. However, there is an ATM machine on the festival site, in the main reception area of the apartments. In addition there are 8 other ATMs in the centre of Tisno, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from The Garden Tisno.

There is an onsite medical centre with fully qualified staff. Please make yourself aware of its location when you arrive onsite.

In Sibenik town, 20km away. If you need medical attention at the hospital then take your passport with you as there is a reciprocal arrangement for UK passport holders. Citizens from other countries should check with their embassy if there is a reciprocal arrangement. You should also check your travel insurance prior to travel to see what you are covered for. There is a pharmacy in Tisno, just next to the bridge.

For the safety of our customers and staff, security will be conducting bag searches upon entry to both the day & night festival sites. Anyone found to be carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and handed over to the police where necessary. 

Please do not attempt to bring any of the following items inside the event: 

  • Fireworks, 

  • Laser pens,

  • Flares,

  • Alcohol, 

  • Illicit drugs, 

  • Legal highs including nitrous oxide, 

  • Animals (with the exception of guide dogs),

  • Selfie sticks.

No, you can’t, but there are plenty of bars selling cocktails, beers, wines and soft drinks and also food is available too. You can bring water bottles on site and use the water refill points on the main site.

Sadly, using your phone in Europe isn’t as simple as it once was. Please check with your provider about tariffs for coming to Croatia and get the relevant bundles/add-ons.

TRANSPORT

Zadar is the nearest airport, only 40 mins by car. Split is 60 mins by car and Zagreb 3 hours by car. These journey times are for the highway route and will take a little longer by bus / coach.

We recommend that you book an organised airport coach transfer through Shuttle Tours, who will bring you from Zadar or Split airport with lots of other festival revellers direct to Tisno.

Alternatively you can make your own way to fit in with your travel plans. There are airport buses from all airports to the main centre bus terminals, and from all cities you will find regular buses to Zadar or Sibenik. Once at Zadar / Sibenik main bus terminal, take a local bus to Tisno. For details on how to get from Zagreb airport to Tisno by public bus, email info@thegarden.hr and we will help with bus times. Terms & conditions vary between car hire companies, but generally you should be able to hire a car if you are over 21 years old and have held a licence for a minimum of 1 year.

The buses are the quickest, cheapest way to travel and connect all cities with a regular service. You can buy tickets on board the bus, but you should get a receipt. Longer journeys have service stops included in the travel time.

Taxis can be found at the entrance to the festival site in the main car park and they are metered. All official Garden affiliated taxis will have a certification label in the window. These taxis have fixed, pre-agreed prices which will be displayed at the taxi rank.

Please make sure you get a taxi that is certified and has a label on it. All certified taxis will have a taxi licence stuck on their windshield. Legally the journey has to be on the meter and a receipt given for payment. DO NOT GET INTO TAXIS WITHOUT THE LABEL.
