TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.TICKETS, ADMISSION AND CANCELLATION
Upon booking a ticket you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
The Organiser reserves the right to add to or amend these Terms from time to time. Amendments will take effect when posted on the Love International website http://loveinternationalfestival.com. Please check the FAQ’s section regularly for changes and to ensure you have up to date information as these are binding on you.
Tickets are sold through our official agent, Resident Advisor, who acts on behalf of the Organisers and Promoters of the event. Full terms and conditions relating to the purchase of tickets through the Resident Advisor site can be found here.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission.
Only valid tickets will be accepted on presentation at the event. The only way of reselling tickets is through Resident Advisor’s reselling application online, this can be found here. Please make the ‘here’ link to this(https://www.residentadvisor.net/news.aspx?id=25747)
Valid photographic ID must be shown when presenting your ticket.
Admission is at ticket holder’s own risk. The Organisers will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons or third parties or force majeure
If the event is cancelled, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded and not the booking fee.
Wristbands that are removed from the wrist, lost or have been tampered with will be deemed invalid and will not be replaced. If you do not have a valid wristband you will be refused admission to the site or may be removed from the site. Wristbands issued by Love International remain the property of Love International until the end of the festival.
As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded for television, radio, webcast and other public broadcast and/or for any video/DVD or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for security purposes.
2. COVID-19
In light of the current COVID 19 pandemic, you understand that there are particular risks associated with attending any gathering (including the Festival). We will take reasonable steps to comply with any relevant guidelines intended to reduce the spread of COVID 19 and we will make you aware of these measures. However, we cannot be responsible for the behaviour or health of other Festival attendees and cannot effectively ensure that no attendees at the Festival will have COVID-19. Accordingly, we will not be responsible if you catch COVID-19 at the Festival or for any illness or death of any Festival attendees caused by COVID 19.
You understand and accept that you will be attending the Festival and using any facilities on-site at your own risk.
To help us to reduce the spread of COVID 19, we ask that you:
do not attend the Festival if*:
you have tested positive for COVID 19 within 14 days of the commencement of the Festival;
you display any symptoms of COVID 19;
you live with somebody who displays symptoms of COVID 19 or who has tested positive for COVID 19 within 14 days of the commencement of the Festival; or
you are otherwise required to self-isolate.
*note that where there is a conflict between any of the provisions in this paragraph 3.a and any updated government guidelines, the updated government guidelines will apply where they are stricter than the provisions set out in this paragraph 3.a;
follow all guidelines and/or entry requirements notified by us to you and which will apply to your attendance at the Festival. This may include testing on entry or prior to attending the Festival. We may be required to amend our guidelines before or during the Festival and ask that you comply with any updated guidelines notified to you;
follow all government guidelines (which may be updated from time to time), this applies to both the UK and Croatian Governments;
you notify us if you test positive for COVID 19 after attending the Festival so that we can notify attendees who may have come into contact with you whilst at the Festival.
You understand that we have the right, at our complete discretion, to:
refuse entry to any attendee who we reasonably believe may display COVID 19 symptoms or who may not have followed Government guidelines or our guidelines or entry requirements;
require that any attendee leaves the Festival where we reasonably believe that they may not be complying with these terms or any of our or Government guidelines in force in relation to COVID-19.
3. AGE POLICY
1. We welcome people of all ages to the main festival site, however all Boat Parties and events at Barbarella’s nightclub are for over-18s only. 2. A responsible adult MUST accompany any person who is under the age of 18 at all times in the main festival site. 3. Proof of age will be required and under-18s will be refused entry without an adult. 4. Under 14’s can attend the main festival site for free, everyone aged 14 years plus must have a ticket.
4. NON-DISCRIMINATION OR HARRASMENT
1. Love International is committed to providing a welcoming, open-minded and safe environment for everyone. All guests should be able to enjoy the event within an atmosphere of respect and tolerance. 2.Each and every guest should feel welcome to participate in the event free of any type of threat, intimidation, harassment or unwanted advances. Therefore we reserve the right to take action that we deem appropriate if anyone engages in inappropriate / threatening behavior or harassment (including expulsion from the event). 3.We take all feedback seriously. If you witness any type of intimidation, harassment or if you are made to feel uncomfortable by someone else’s behaviour, please inform our festival staff.
5. SEARCH POLICY
For the safety of our customers and staff, security will be conducting stringent searches at the gate.
Anyone found to be carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and handed over to the police where necessary.
Please do not attempt to bring any of the following items inside the event:
Fireworks, laser pens, or flares / Alcohol, illicit drugs, or legal highs including nitrous oxide / Animals (with the exception of guide dogs)/ Selfie sticks / Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon / No glass / Any form of seating other than wheelchairs is not allowed.
5. DRUGS POLICY
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the Festival. Any person found in possession of such substances will be denied entry and / or removed from the Festival, and Police will be called to attend.
6. ON SITE ACCOMMODATION
All bookings for on site accommodation are made directly with The Bird D.O.O and Love International accepts no responsibility for accommodation booked through them.
Customers staying in Apartments and other luxury accommodation will be required to present a credit card against damages to the accommodation. On arrival customers will be required to sign a waiver against any damages – this contract is between the customer and the Garden site and the festival accepts no liability for the deposit process of this accommodation.
Failure to present a credit card for deposit on arrival will result in a void booking with no refund.
The card will be used to insure against damages – no charges will occur without notice.
The Festival accepts no responsibility or liability for any damages to possessions whilst staying at the site.
Customers staying on the site must also have a festival pass to access the accommodation.
6. OFF SITE ACCOMMODATION
1. Off-site accommodation is booked through partner agencies or 3rd parties.
Love International Festival accepts no responsibility for accommodation booked through these vendors.
7. BOAT PARTIES
You must have a Love International Festival ticket (8 Day pass or day pass for the specific day of the voyage) to attend a boat party.
Full names must be provided at point of purchase for every ticket.
In order to board your boat every ticket holder will need to produce photographic I.D in their name – as you will likely be handing your passport in to your accommodation we advise you bring a photocopy with you. NO I.D, NO boat party.
Love International accepts no responsibility if you do not make one or more of your boat parties due to the late running of others.
8. GENERAL
The artist and performer line-up and all billed attractions are subject to change at any time without notice.
Strictly no commercial activities or trading on site unless previously agreed by Love International.
Love International accepts no responsibility for goods or services purchased from third party traders.

The tented arenas and other areas of the event are designated No Smoking areas, this is in accordance with Smoke Free Regulations, Failure to comply with these regulations and event signage may result in ejection.
Warning: exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing.
Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting and other special effects may take place during some performances.
